Tied...No Longer

The Phillies have a 1/2 game lead with a game against the Astros tomorrow...LA is idle. With a sweep of the Marlins, they're looking pretty good. Even though the game started with Jamie Moyer giving up 4 runs in the 1st inning & than finally the Phillies figured out Scott Olsen. Nunez started the 3rd innning with a single followed by a sac bunt from Jamie. Jimmy hits a 2-run homer...Shane reaches safely on an error & than Chase hits his first of 2 HR's of the game. It all unraveled for Scott Olsen. Single by Conine, Single by Burrell & than a 3-run shot by Coste. After all of that, Scott Olsen hits Nunez with a pitches and he gets ejected from the game. Blah...Blah...Phillies tack on a few more runs to finally win 10-7 after a lengthy rain delay. All in all, Jamie looked shakey but gave the Phillies a chance to win & the Phillies have a hell of a lot of fight in them. To think Abe Nunez started it all with a single...CHAMP.

-Ryan Howard needs to hit 60 HR's...to allow me to sleep at night.
-Chase seems to have his stroke back & it's so good to see.
-Abe Nunez may not be a god with a bat but his Defense is Crazy, Sexy, Cool.
