I <3 Jamie Moyer.

The Phillies have won 7 out of their last 9 and Chase & Aaron Rowand have both been hot. Rowand have a 16-game hitting streak which ended today but he's still hitting above .300. Jamie Moyer pitched great today and going 2-3 with a single and a double. He had a no-hitter through 7 innings before Miguel Cabrera RUINED it. Jamie is now 3-1 and the Phillies are 11-13 hoping to go 12-13 tomorrow in Atlanta with Jon Lieber pitching. Jimmy is still leading the league in HR's with 9 and better make the All-Star team. Rookie catcher, Carlos Ruiz has been a pleasant surprise while Wes Helms, Abe Nunez, and Rod Barajas have not. Chase seems to have found his swing while Ryan Howard has not. He's barely hitting .220 and Chase is finally over .300. He's hit well over .400 during the 7-game homestand. Lastly, the Phillies were 4-4 on SB with Jimmy having two of them, Chase had one and Victorino with one as well. Here's to hoping for 149-13.
